From Breakfast to Dinner, we source as much produce as close to home as we can, to ensure seasonal ingredients and support local suppliers.
Our fish arrives daily landed by day boats from the West country ports Brixham and Newlyn. Kingfishers buyers Les and Greg see that we only have the best seasonal varieties of fish and shellfish delivered to our door.
All of our fruit and vegetables are collected from the Garden patch where Alex and Chris buy from Bristol fruit market and local growers.
Meat is purchased from Mr Pyke of Pykes butchers, Weston which he hangs for at least two weeks before preparing for us and Buxton butchers who supply many of Bristols best restaurants.
